Terms and conditions

Clixy is a Danish web app for collecting photos and videos from guests in one private album.

1. Purchase and access

Clixy is sold as a one-time purchase. The album opens the day before the event and is available until 14 days after the event.

2. Uploads and responsibility

Guests can upload content through the guest link and PIN. The customer is responsible for sharing access with the right people and for handling the content in the album.

3. Private album and guest gallery

The customer can hide or delete content from the guest gallery. Clixy does not recommend sharing the private album link publicly.

4. Storage and deletion

Files are stored for a limited period and may be permanently deleted after the stated access period and safety period.

5. Technical access

Technical access may only happen in limited cases when needed for operation, support, security, debugging or legal requirements.
